You’ll need to buy the Season Passes or individual character DLCs if you want to unlock all the characters in Tekken 7. Check the online store for your platform and grab 'em!
Just buy the DLC. It's really the only way.
I unlocked a few characters by purchasing Season Passes. It's worth it if you're really into Tekken 7 because you get new stages and extras too!
