I mean, everyone says use Disillusionment, but have you tried just throwing something at it from a distance? Worked for me once, though it might've been a glitch. ?

LOL, just turn invisible with the Disillusionment Charm and walk up to it. It's like the chest has stage fright, closes its eye, and boom, it's unlock time.
Unlocking the eye chest in Hogwarts Legacy is pretty cool and not too hard once you get the hang of it! You gotta use the Disillusionment Charm to sneak up on them. These chests come alive and close their eye if they catch you approaching without the charm. So, cast Disillusionment, creep up close, and when the eye closes, that's your moment to unlock it.
