You unlock the first vault in Slime Rancher by getting three keys which become available after defeating the final boss, the Tarr, and accessing a special area called Nimble Valley. Happy ranching!
After completing the Adventure Mode, you鈥檒l find a teleporter to the Glass Desert; go right, past the dunes, and boom, there's the vault!
