Honestly, just upgrade your axe. The Secret Woods don't exactly require a secret handshake or anything. Steel Axe = Access. Short and sweet.

You gotta get your hands on a Steel Axe first! To unlock the Secret Woods in Stardew Valley, you need to upgrade your axe to at least steel level. Once you've got that shiny tool, head to the northwest corner of Cindersap Forest (right below the Wizard's Tower) and chop down the large log blocking the entrance. Voila, the Secret Woods are all yours to explore!

Don't forget why you're going there! Once you've upgraded to a Steel Axe and chop down that log, the Secret Woods offer Hardwood, forageables, and even a unique fishing spot. Make sure to visit daily!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
