To unlock Treasure Pods, you need to get the Treasure Cracker upgrade from the Vacpack Upgrades shop. You'll need to unlock the first one by purchasing it for 4,500 Newbucks after you reach a certain rank in the 7Zee Rewards Club. Happy pod hunting!
When I unlocked my first Treasure Pod, it felt like unlocking a candy vault! Just crack open those upgrades at the Vacpack shop.
