Easy peasy! Just open the App Store, tap on your profile pic, scroll to the Updates section, and hit 'Update' next to Hay Day.

Just delete the app and reinstall it. Boom, updated.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update to make sure your iOS is up to date. Sometimes an outdated OS can mess with app updates.
