Easy peasy! Just open the app and it should prompt you for an update if there's one available. If not, go to your app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), search for 'Sword Art Online Memory Defrag,' and hit the update button.
Updates not showing up? Force-stop the app, clear the cache, and then open it again.
Check the app store for an update option. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game. Always works for me!
