You can also use a USB drive. Just download the update from Xbox's official site, transfer it to the USB, and plug it into your Xbox 360. Then go to System Settings and follow the onscreen instructions.

Updating? Just go online with your Xbox 360, head to System Settings, then Network Settings, and let it do its thing. Takes no time!

Honestly, if your Xbox 360 is connected to the internet, it usually prompts you automatically when a new update is available. Just say yes!

Easy peasy! Just connect your Xbox 360 to the internet, go to System Settings, then Network Settings, and finally 'Check for Updates'. Follow the prompts and you're good to go!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
