To upgrade your instinct, you need to complete the Hungry Man's quest by giving him 3 apples, 3 bananas, and 3 pineapples! Happy fruit hunting!
Just collect and hand over the fruit to Hungry Man at the Floating Turtle. Simple as that!
Been there, done that! I upgraded mine by giving fruits to the Hungry Man NPC. Just make sure you gather ‘em all first—it’s a fruit salad quest!
