To upgrade the Titan Cue in 8 Ball Pool, collect enough cue pieces through the game’s Victory Boxes, season rewards, or special events. Once you have enough pieces, head to the Cues section in your inventory and hit the Upgrade button. Bam, you're all set!
I've upgraded mine by collecting the pieces mainly from higher-tier matches and occasionally from Victory Boxes. Check your progress in the Cues section and upgrade when ready!
