First, make sure you have Roblox Studio installed. Open it, create or open a game, and go to the 'View' tab, then find the 'Explorer' and 'Properties' panels. Insert your accessory as a model, select it, and click 'File' > 'Publish to Roblox As'. Fill in the details and upload. Voila! Your accessory is now on Roblox!
