First, grab a USB flash drive and copy your photos onto it. Then, plug it into your PS3. Head over to the Photo section on the XMB, select your USB device, and you can copy the photos over to your PS3!

I’ve done this a bunch with my PS3. USB flash drive with your pictures -> plug it into PS3 -> navigate to USB in the Photos section on the XMB -> copy them over. Easy peasy!
