You can't upload your own pictures directly into Splatoon 3, but you can create your own art using the in-game drawing system! Just head over to the mailbox in the Splatsville Plaza and start drawing. Others can then see your masterpiece around the game world.
Pro tip: Use the in-game drawing feature. Can't upload your phone pics. Trust me, tried it.
