Plug your controller into your PC, open Fortnite, and it should auto-detect your controller. If it doesn't, go to Settings -> Controller Options and choose the appropriate controller configuration.

I use an Xbox controller via USB. Just plug it in and start Fortnite. Works perfectly!

PSA: Mouse and keyboard is still better. But if you must, just plug in your controller and tweak the settings in-game.

Turn on your controller and connect via Bluetooth or a USB cable. Then, go into Fortnite's settings and select your controller configuration.

I use a PS4 controller with a Bluetooth adapter. After pairing, launch Fortnite and it should automatically recognize your controller.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
