Easy peasy! On your PS4, go to the PlayStation Store, head to the Payment Methods section, and add your Visa gift card just like you would a credit card. Make sure the billing info you enter matches whatever's on file with the card issuer!

Nah, don't bother. Trust me, it's easier to convert that Visa gift card to a PlayStation gift card at a retailer first.
