To make use of aluminum ore in Fallout 76, you first gotta find a Chemistry Station. Once you're there, use your ore and some Acid to smelt it into Aluminum Scrap, which is super useful for crafting and building stuff. Don't forget, scavenging robots and workshops can also be a rich source for that precious Aluminum if you're running low!

Just smelt it at any Chemistry Station with some Acid. Boom, Aluminum Scrap. Easy.

Honestly, just hoard every piece of aluminum ore you find. Once you start building and crafting, you'll realize it's like gold in this game. And always, ALWAYS have Acid. Without it, that ore's just taking up space in your inventory.
