How to Use a Bobber in Stardew Valley
First up, gotta make sure you've got a fishing rod that can actually use a bobber. Only the Fiberglass Rod or the Iridium Rod will do the trick. Then, open your inventory, click on the bobber (after you've bought or crafted one, of course) and right click it onto your fishing rod. Bobbers can make catching those tricky fish a bit easier, depending on which one you use.
