How to Use Disguise in The Outer Worlds
First, grab the Holographic Shroud from your ship. Then, collect ID cartridges from various places in Halcyon. The shroud will disguise you when you enter restricted areas. Keep an eye on your shroud's meter, though! If it drains, NPCs might see through your disguise and confront you.

You鈥檒l need to find a Holographic Shroud in your ship鈥檚 crew quarters. Once you have it, it automatically activates when you enter restricted areas, provided you have the right ID cartridge. Just don鈥檛 dawdle too long in one place or you might raise suspicion!
Disguises are cool, but sneaking past guards in The Outer Worlds is way more fun IMO.
Get the Holographic Shroud. It auto-engages in restricted areas. But heads up, don't linger too long or say goodbye to your cover!
