To hatch eggs with enzyme, you'll need to use the Hatching Enzymes item. Collect the ingredients (Eye Stalk Seed, Sea Crown Seed, Fungal Sample, Ghost Weed Seed, and Bulb Bush Sample) and craft it in the Fabricator. Then, go to the Alien Containment or the Sea Emperor's Aquarium to use it.

First-hand experience here: Gather the ingredients for the Hatching Enzymes, craft them, then watch the magic happen in the Emperor鈥檚 chamber. It's epic!

Yep, you just need to craft the Hatching Enzymes from the ingredients found in various biomes. Use it in the Emperor鈥檚 containment.

Just craft the Hatching Enzymes and use it in the Sea Emperor's Aquarium. Super simple.
