Expansion scrolls are used to unlock new land on your farm! You need a certain number of scrolls along with coins and other materials to open up new areas. Just go to the locked land and it'll show you what you need.

You just tap on the plot of land you want to expand, and if you have enough scrolls, coins, and other required materials, it'll give you the option to unlock it. Happy expanding!
