Firearms? Just stick to your ODM gear and blades. Trust me, they’re way cooler and more effective against Titans!

As a former Garrison Regiment member (in my dreams), let me tell you: save the firearms for the human enemies. Stick with blades for Titans!

Firearms aren't really the go-to for taking down Titans. The main characters use more specialized gear like ODM (Omni-Directional Mobility) gear and blades to slice the nape of the Titan's neck, which is the only sure way to kill them.

In Attack on Titan, firearms are mainly used by the Military Police and Garrison Regiments. They have anti-personnel vertical maneuvering equipment equipped with pistols designed to fight human adversaries rather than Titans!
