Using fish bait in Animal Crossing is super easy and helpful for catching those elusive fishies! First, stand on the edge of any body of water - river, ocean, or pond. Next, open your inventory and select the fish bait. You'll see an option to 'Scatter Food'. Once you do that, a fish shadow should appear almost instantly. Get your fishing rod out, and get ready to reel in your catch!

Just toss it in the water and watch the magic happen. Fish bait makes fish appear out of nowhere. It's like instant fish!

Honestly, I never use fish bait. I find it way more fun to just wander around and see what I can catch without it. To each their own, though!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
