To use grenades in Fallout 4 on PC, first make sure you've got some in your inventory. Then, hold down the 'Alt' key to prepare the grenade for throwing, and let go of the 'Alt' key to toss it at your enemies. Remember, timing and aim are key, so practice that arm swing!

Just press and hold 'Alt', aim, and release. Boom! That's how you make things go kaboom in Fallout 4.

Simply hold 'Alt'. It's like asking, 'How do I throw a party?' Easy, invite people and add music. For grenades, invite them with 'Alt' and add an explosion.

Equip the grenade, then hold 'Alt' to aim and release it to throw. Got my first super mutant kill this way!
