Using the metal detector in GTA is super simple! First, make sure you have the metal detector equipped. Then, walk around the area where you suspect there might be something buried. You'll notice the metal detector start to beep more frequently and louder as you get closer to the item. Once you're right on top of it, you should get a prompt to dig up your treasure!

Just walk over stuff, dude. When the beeping gets crazy, you're close. Dig it up.

Honestly, never bothered with the metal detector in GTA. Felt like the treasure hunt was a bit too slow for my taste. I prefer the high-speed chases and the heists.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
