I used to mod my Xbox 360 with Modio 5 all the time back in the day. Connect your USB drive to your Xbox 360, move your saved game to the USB, plug it into your computer, then open Modio 5. Load the save file, apply your mods, and transfer it back to the Xbox 360. Easy peasy!
