PCI stands for Plate Coverage Indicator. Think of it as a movable bullseye. Use the left analog stick to move it where you think the pitch will go and improve your hitting accuracy!

Simple version: Move the left stick to line up the PCI with the pitch and hit dingers. You're welcome.

To use PCI in MLB The Show 23, move the left stick before the pitch to align it with where you predict the ball will land. Adjust it during the pitch if needed to make solid contact!

From my experience, using PCI effectively is about anticipating pitch location. Start by guessing where the pitcher will throw and fine-tune mid-pitch. With practice, your hitting will skyrocket!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
