How to Use Players from Character Pool in XCOM 2
Super easy! Just go to the main menu, hit 'Character Pool,' and customize or import your characters. Then, start a new game and make sure 'Use Character Pool' is checked in the Advanced Options. Boom, your custom squad is ready to rock!

Just head to 'Character Pool' in the menu, make your dream team, and start a new game with 'Use Character Pool' enabled!
In the main menu, go to Extras > Character Pool to create or import characters. When starting a new campaign, check the option to 'Use Character Pool' in Advanced Options, and your customized characters will be in the game!
In my last playthrough, I made an entire squad of friends. Just create in the Character Pool, then check 'Use Character Pool' when you start a new game. Hilarity and epic moments guaranteed!
