What you need to do is have the main PS Plus account set the console as their primary. Other users on the same console will automatically get access to PS Plus features like online multiplayer and free games.
Trust me, I've done this: you just need to set your console as the primary system for the account that has the PS Plus subscription. All users will then get PS Plus features.
Simply activate the console as the primary PS4 or PS5 for the subscription-holding account. This way, all users on that console can share PS Plus benefits without any hassle!
Just make it the primary console for the account with PS Plus. Problem solved!
