I did it last week! Just link your Nintendo Account in both Pokémon GO and Pokémon HOME settings. Then, open GO, head to the Settings menu, and transfer using the Pokémon HOME option. Simple!

Easy peasy! First, link your Pokemon HOME account to your Nintendo Account. Then, in Pokemon GO, go to Settings, scroll down to Pokemon HOME, and sign in to your linked Nintendo Account.
