First, make sure your PS4 is set to Rest Mode and enabled for remote play. Download the PS Remote Play app on your device and connect using your PSN account. You'll need a strong internet connection on both ends, so grab some Wi-Fi and game on!
Honestly, it only works well if you have a solid internet connection on both the PS4 and your remote device. Otherwise, it can be a laggy mess.
