The PS5 doesn't have a dedicated web browser like the PS4, but you can still access the web through a workaround. Just go to the 'Users and Accounts' menu, select 'Link with Other Services,' and choose Twitter. Then, sign in to Twitter, and you'll be able to navigate to other websites using Twitter's browser!
