Just press R1 (PS4) or RB (Xbox) when you're glowing red. Easy peasy.
Don't miss out on the damage boost! When you start glowing red, that's your cue to unleash your Rage Art with R1/RB or the Rage Drive combo (check your character's move list for specifics).
To use Rage in Tekken 7, wait until your health bar is low and you see your character glowing red. Then you can either perform a Rage Art by pressing R1 (PS4) or RB (Xbox), or a Rage Drive with a specific button combo unique to each character.
