Just get to Route 6, pick a Leader and Assistant Loomian, and wait for new ones to show up. EZPZ.
Easy peasy! First, head to Route 6 to find Rally Ranch. Then, talk to the Ranch Owner about rallying Loomians. Choose which Loomians you want to rally, set a Leader Loomian (to pass traits) and an Assistant Loomian (to pass moves). Come back later to check for eggs, which will eventually hatch into new Loomians!
