You gotta go to the Navigation and select a Void Fissure mission. Equip a relic in the mission setup screen and then just jump in and start cracking it open!
Crack those relics by selecting Void Fissures from Navigation and equipping a relic before the mission starts. Collect 10 reactant and enjoy the loot!
