In Dragon Ball Xenoverse, you unlock Super Kamehameha by training with Goku as your mentor. Once unlocked, equip it and use your ultimate attack combo to fire it!
The key is to equip it first! After that, L2 + R2 + the ultimate attack button will get you blasting enemies with Super Kamehameha in no time!
Equip Super Kamehameha first. During battle, press both shoulder buttons and the attack button to fire it. That's it!
