To use your Tenno in Warframe, you'll need to progress through the main storyline until you unlock them. Once unlocked, you can switch between your Warframe and Tenno by pressing the designated button, allowing you to use Operator abilities. Happy slaying!

Your Tenno becomes available after you complete the Second Dream quest. Just hit the button assigned to Transference (usually 5) to control your Tenno.
