Easy peasy! Cut grass after building a silo, and boom, hay for your animals. It magically transforms grass into hay and stores it. Don't forget to check the silo's capacity now and then so you don't run out of space.

I built a silo as one of my first upgrades. Best. Decision. Ever. Suddenly, feeding my chickens wasn't such a hassle. Just make sure you have it before you go on a grass-cutting spree.

Who even uses a silo? Just let the animals graze outside and save yourself the bother. #TeamNoSilo

To use a silo in Stardew Valley, first, you gotta build one by visiting Robin at the Carpenter's Shop. It'll cost ya some resources and money, but it's worth it. Once it's up, any grass you cut with your scythe gets automatically turned into hay and stored in the silo. Just check inside your coop or barn next to the hay hopper to feed your animals.
