Using the Steam table is all about matching up the right values. First, figure out what info you've got - like temperature or pressure. Then, you just find that column in the table and follow it down or across until you hit the row with the other bit of info you have. This intersection's where you'll find the data you're looking for, like specific volume, enthalpy, or entropy. It's like being a detective, but for steam properties!

Just open it and look for the numbers. Make sure you're matching the right units though!

Honestly, it's kind of outdated to manually use a steam table these days. Software does it faster and with less chance of error. But if you're old school, just remember: find your knowns, locate them on the table, and trace to the value you need. Straightforward, but watch out for interpolations if your exact values aren't there.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
