You use evolution stones like Sinnoh Stone and Unova Stone to evolve specific Pokémon. Just go to your Pokémon's profile and, if it's eligible for evolution with a stone, you'll see the option!

Select the Pokémon you want to evolve, hit 'Evolve,' and if the evolution requires a stone, the game will prompt you. Easy peasy!
