Using the Upgrade item is easy! Just go to your Pokémon screen, choose Porygon, and you’ll see an option to evolve it. Make sure you have enough Porygon Candy!

Honestly, the only use for the Upgrade item is evolving Porygon. So if you don't have one, it's just space in your inventory.

You can use the Upgrade item to evolve Porygon into Porygon2. Just select Porygon, tap on the 'Evolve' button, and voila!
