To use an Ultra Combo in Street Fighter 4 on Xbox, wait until your Ultra meter is at least halfway full, then perform the character's specific movement and button combination. For example, Ryu's Ultra Combo is a double quarter-circle forward motion with three punch buttons (LB).

Just fill up your Ultra meter and then do the input combo for your character. Check the moves list if you need specific inputs!

Honestly, learn the character's Ultra move input and spam it when your Ultra meter is halfway or more. Works every time.

For me, I just make sure my Ultra meter is glowing, then I do the button dance: down, forward, down, forward + LB!
