To use a vertical pipe, just select it in your habitat builder, then place it where you want. They work great to connect multipurpose rooms vertically. Happy building!

Vertical pipes in Subnautica are super easy to use! Place one on the ground, and then you can keep stacking more vertical pipes on top of it. They're great for connecting different levels of your underwater base!

Vertical pipes are honestly kinda limited in use. Just use them to connect different floors in your base if you really need to.

I鈥檝e built some pretty sweet multi-level bases using vertical pipes. Make sure to place the initial pipe on a foundation or a room, then just snap on additional pipes. Super simple!
