To use Vortex with Starfield, you'll need to manually add the game to Vortex as it's not officially supported yet. After launching Vortex, click on 'Games' and then 'Scan for Games'. If Starfield doesn't appear, you can manually add it by locating the game's directory on your PC. Once added, you can manage mods just like any other game!

I tried adding Starfield to Vortex manually, and it worked fine for me! Just go to the games tab, and locate Starfield on your PC.
