To use a VPN with Roku, you need to set up the VPN on your router. Roku doesn't support VPN apps directly. Once you've set your router up with a VPN, all devices connected to it, including your Roku, will go through the VPN.
I use ExpressVPN with my Roku by setting it up on my router. It was a bit tricky at first, but their support was super helpful!
