You can set one console as your 'Home Xbox' and share your Xbox Live Gold with any account on that console. Just go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox and set it up!

Trust me, I've done this. Set your primary Xbox as the Home console in Settings > Personalization. Boom, everyone on that Xbox gets Xbox Live!
