How to View Contacts on Instagram
You can't view contacts directly. But, you can sync your phone contacts by going to 'Discover People' in the menu.

If you wanna see your contacts on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then tap 'Discover People'! Connect your contacts, and voila!
I found my contacts by going to my profile, tapping those three little lines, and then selecting 'Discover People'. Sync your contacts and you're good to go!
Just go to your profile, hit the three-line menu, then 'Discover People' and connect to your contacts. Easy peasy!
