Once you delete a message on Facebook, it's gone forever. No magic tricks, unfortunately!
If you archived them instead of deleting, you can find them in the 'Archived Chats' section. But deleted stuff? It's game over.
You can't directly retrieve deleted messages on Facebook. However, if you had notifications enabled, you might find parts of the conversation in your email notifications.
