Visiting other islands in Animal Crossing is super fun and easy! You just need to head over to the airport in your game. Talk to Orville at the desk, and he'll give you options to fly to a friend's island or use a Dodo Code to visit someone specific. Make sure you're online and your Nintendo Switch has an active internet connection. Oh, and if you want to visit random islands for resources, you can use a Nook Miles Ticket!

Gotta say, visiting friends’ islands is the best part! Just add them on your Nintendo Switch, go to the airport, and choose 'I wanna fly!' Then pick 'I wanna visit someone' and choose online play. Orville does the rest. Pro tip: Bring a gift! It’s a nice way to say thanks for the visit.

Honestly, just use the Dodo Code. It's the easiest way to visit someone you don't know without adding them as a friend. Privacy win!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
