Wall running? Fortnite’s more about building walls than running on them! Maybe it'll come in a future update, but not there yet.
Wall run? You must be thinking of another game. Fortnite Chapter 5 doesn't have that feature. Maybe try asking for it on the forums?

Wall running isn't a feature in Fortnite Chapter 5. Your best bet for quick mobility is still those trusty launch pads and ziplines.
