Start with Season 1, then move to the Lost Girls OVA. After that, proceed with Season 2, then Season 3 Part 1 and Season 3 Part 2. Next, watch the No Regrets OVA, and finally, dive into the Final Season. Enjoy!
One word: Chronologically! Just follow the release order. Anything else is way too complicated.
I watched it this way: Season 1, then Season 2, followed by Season 3 Part 1 and Part 2. For the OVAs, I sprinkled them in between whenever I needed more AOT goodness! Worked like a charm.
